Second to None Service at Dilpasand – A Shoutout to Manager Faisal! Visited Dilpasand and ordered the Bihari boti, mango lassi, and karak chai – each item was full of bold, authentic flavour. But what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, both the waiter and the manager, Faisal, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure a memorable visit. Faisal went above and beyond: he personally described the intricate method behind their signature dish, bringing the Bihari boti to life with his passion and pride. As a gracious touch, he offered a complimentary kheer, which was a delightful finale to an already fantastic meal. Hospitality like this is rare – Faisal’s warmth and professionalism truly set a benchmark. A heartfelt thank you to him and the team for turning a great meal into an outstanding experience. Highly recommended! Second visit 4/7/25: disappointed with the chops today, burnt hence charcoal ly taste. Faisal offered to replace the order, surprised at the cost of the side salad. Music was too loud, couldn’t even hear my friend talk. Rating has to drop to reflect today’s experience.
this restaurant is 10 out of 10. I was walking past and I noticed they were doing a deal for kebab. bro I chose the lamb when I tell you this kebab roll was the best roll I’ve ever eaten in my entire life with the flavours exploding left, right and centre. you can tell they put time in preparation. when I entered, I was greeted by mohammed he had a warm and welcoming smile good manners and maintain the restaurant at a clean value. today I decided to go for the chicken byrani and once again I am shocked by the flavour in this dish. This Pakistani, Indian, and Afghan restaurant offers an excellent dining experience. Our group sampled a variety of dishes; I particularly enjoyed the Gola Kebab served with paratha. The restaurant features ample seating on two floors and boasts pleasing décor and table arrangements. The pricing was reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend this establishment.
Great spot for authentic Pakistani food! The dishes were rich and full of flavour, with very generous portions and reasonable prices. Their special naan was huge—I’ve never seen anything like it at other places!
Wow! What a amazing experience! When I went it was super busy and lively. They accommodated me and my friend very quickly! The food was so delicious and I have no idea what those balls were. I think it was A good dessert so forgive me. But wowwww I'd come back just for those! Next time I come back to London I'm definitely getting those tasty balls! Thanks for the kind staff and very nice and caring owner.
